Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods within a single order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear statement, for example, a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can access the sample withdrawal form at [link to sample withdrawal form]. The use of the sample withdrawal form is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided at [link to electronic withdrawal function].
If you use the electronic withdrawal function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by email. The confirmation will contain the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
Excluded from reimbursement are additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. The earlier date will apply.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to the following return address, which differs from the address for declarations of withdrawal:

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed, to contracts
· for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
· for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts
· for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
· for the supply of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
