Fast Shipping
Unless we have explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Shipping takes place within 1-5 working days. Delivery in Germany will take a maximum of 2-10 working days. The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer in the case of payment in advance, and the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
Note on Returns
A return within Germany costs €3.90 and will be deducted from the refund. There are no return costs for an exchange.
Return costs incurred for returns from outside Germany must be borne by the customer.
Notes on Shipping within Germany
The delivery address can be chosen independently of the billing address. You can find the availability of the item on the respective product detail page. Shipping to parcel lockers is also possible within Germany.

Express Shipping:
Orders placed with express shipping by 12 PM will leave our warehouse on the same day. For orders received after 12 PM, shipping will take place on the next working day. An exception are orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM; these will not be shipped until the following Monday.

We can offer orders and deliveries to Austria at a fixed price.
With an average duration of approx. 3-10 days, even spontaneously needed orders are no problem.
Notes on Shipping to Switzerland / Liechtenstein
For deliveries to Switzerland, the import VAT is charged separately to the end customer. They can reclaim this if they are registered in the VAT register themselves. If the customer is not subject to VAT, they cannot reclaim it. The buyer, i.e., the customer, is then the actual end consumer, and the tax must be paid by them.

Other Notes
Incorrect address data: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, our customer support will contact the customer by email. The inbox should be checked occasionally so that the flow of information for potential correction can take place as quickly as possible.
Public holidays: Our fulfillment is closed on Christmas, New Year, and Easter, which may cause shipping to take a little longer than usual.
Customs
Customs duties are collected by DHL on behalf of Swiss customs upon delivery. Since the amount of the fees depends on the ordered items, as well as the origin of the items, the fees can vary. For questions about customs duties, please contact Swiss customs directly.
